Principle of inert gas protection air jet pulverizing technology
The inert gas protection air jet pulverizing system uses nitrogen, helium, argon, carbon dioxide, etc. as the pulverizing medium. The materials are completed under the protection of inert gas throughout the entire process from feeding, pulverizing, grading, conveying, separation and packaging, thus meeting the production requirements of safety, explosion-proof, environmental protection, energy saving, etc.
Technical features of inert gas protection airflow pulverization
(1) Strong applicability
According to the properties of flammable, explosive and oxidizable materials, an inert gas suitable for them can be selected as the pulverization medium.
(2) Wide pulverization range
The particle size can be arbitrarily selected in the range of d97=2-15μm.
(3) No pollution to the product
When inert gas is used to perform supersonic airflow pulverization on flammable and explosive powders, the material particles are impacted by the supersonic airflow and the particles impact and collide with each other, and the product purity is high.
(4) Effective control of the oxygen content in the system
In the system, the purity of the inert gas can be controlled according to the requirements of the product characteristics, and the oxygen content can be set arbitrarily. Therefore, in a fully enclosed micro-positive pressure system, the oxygen content can be automatically controlled within the safety standard range; if the oxygen content still does not meet the standard within the predetermined time, it will automatically shut down in an emergency. In addition, the inert gas can be recycled and the consumption is extremely small.
(5) Control system concentration, no dust escape
Since the material crushing system operates in a closed system, and the feeding system is also a fully enclosed uniform feeding device, the feeding speed is automatically adjusted as the system concentration changes, and the equipment and pipelines are equipped with anti-blocking structures to effectively reduce powder accumulation and dust escape.
(6) Eliminate system static electricity and have good explosion-proof performance
Since the equipment and pipelines in the system are metal components, the dust collector uses conductive filter bags and the entire system is well grounded to release the powder static electricity as much as possible. The entire system uses explosion-proof motors, electrical appliances and explosion-proof structures to ensure safe operation.
(7) High degree of automation
Advanced automation control is used in the system to enable real-time display of the operating status, achieve full automatic control, and also achieve remote monitoring.
Applicable objects of inert gas protection airflow crushing technology
At present, inert gas protection airflow crushing technology has been widely used in chemical, pesticide, pharmaceutical, metal, rare metal, new energy materials and other industries.
(1) Pesticide industry
In the process of synthetic pulverization of pesticides and intermediates, some flammable and explosive compounds are often involved, such as red phosphorus, phosphate, nitroazo complex, nitrothion, 5-aminotetrazolyl, sulfur, etc. The use of inert airflow pulverization technology not only achieves effective and safe pulverization, but also greatly improves the synthesis efficiency and application effect.
(2) Pharmaceutical industry
In the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, it is used to pulverize vitamin C. Since vitamin C is easily oxidized and yellowed by air during the ultra-fine pulverization process, it seriously affects the product quality. After the inert gas protection airflow pulverization system is adopted, the vitamin C powder only contacts with the inert gas, thus avoiding the occurrence of the oxidation process, ensuring the quality of the product, and the fineness meets the requirements and complies with the GMP and FDA standards, and the efficacy is significantly improved.
(3) Food industry
The inert airflow pulverization technology is used to pulverize the food additive sucralose, and its d90 after pulverization is 18μm.
(4) Metal and rare metal industry
Inert gas flow pulverization technology is also widely used in the pulverization of various metals and rare metals, including cobalt powder, tungsten powder, magnesium powder, nickel powder, molybdenum powder, selenium powder, carbonyl iron powder, zinc powder, aluminum powder, etc.
(5) Rare earth materials
Inert gas flow pulverization technology is used for ultrafine pulverization of magnetic and rare earth materials, with a fineness d50 of 1.5-8.0μm. For example, lithium hydroxide or lithium ferrous phosphate can be pulverized using nitrogen as the medium.
