Process

Sulfur crushing and grading equipment is specially designed and customized according to the actual needs of customers. The system adopts an integrated design system of automatic control, crushing and classification, and the technology has reached the international advanced level.

The material enters the pulverizer through the quantitative feeding system, the pulverized sulfur powder enters the classification area, and the qualified products are collected and packaged. After the nitrogen gas passes through the induced draft fan, it enters the secondary air outlet of the main machine of the pulverizer after being filtered and cooled to complete a cycle.

The PLC strictly controls the oxygen content in the whole process. When the oxygen content exceeds the standard, nitrogen is automatically added to ensure the safety of the entire crushing system.

The system has a clear process route, compact system design, good stability, high efficiency and energy saving, convenient equipment operation and maintenance, less peripheral supporting equipment, reduced construction scale, and high cost performance.

Equipment included in the production line

CSM760-V Pulverizer

– The parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel
– Imported FAG high-sealed bearings, special shafting system for grading system
– Including functional components such as shroud, pulverizing disc, pulverizing ring gear, and classifying impeller
– The crushing hammer head and crushing gear ring are made of wear-resistant alloy steel

Feeding system
