Co-processing resource utilization technology opens up new paths for low-grade sulfur

The technology is widely used in blast furnace gas desulfurization in the iron and steel industry, gas desulfurization in the coal chemical industry, sulfur-containing sewage treatment in the petrochemical industry, complex iron desulfurization in the natural gas industry, and biogas desulfurization. In the industries where sulfuric acid needs to be treated collaboratively, sulfuric acid and cement are prepared from sulfur paste, miscellaneous salts, gypsum waste residue and waste sulfuric acid, turning harm into profit and waste into treasure.

 

Economic and technical indicators of technology (equipment)

The decomposition rate of waste sulfuric acid is greater than or equal to 99.95%, and the decomposition rate of industrial by-product gypsum is greater than or equal to 98.5%; the heat consumption of clinker is less than or equal to 6100KJ/Kg; the sewage is closed in a closed cycle without external discharge; the flue gas is discharged up to the standard.

At present, the traditional cost of producing sulfuric acid from gypsum is about 300 yuan, the cost per ton of acid for cracking and treating alkylation waste sulfuric acid is as high as 600 yuan, and the cost of treating waste sulfuric acid in the gypsum sulfuric acid producing device is about 150 yuan.
