1. The influence of raw gas

The raw gas entering the furnace usually contains rust particles, anti-corrosion agents, etc. If these enter the gas-liquid separation device and the separation effect is not good, these impurities will enter the downstream sulfur recovery process, which may affect the quality of sulfur products; desulfurization solvents and If the regenerated acid gas enters the sulfur recovery process together, the content of sulfur impurities will become higher.

2. The impact of product equipment

The liquid sulfur degassing tank and the sulfur tank equipment are corroded, the walls are damaged, and impurities enter the liquid sulfur product; when the liquid sulfur is cooled, the water vapor can be brought into the sulfur product, and the moisture content can exceed the standard value; the dust generated by the aging, crushing, and abrasion of the catalyst Contaminated sulphur, resulting in decreased product quality.

3. The influence of process conditions

Due to the lack of wind, the impurities in the acid gas are not completely burned into carbon deposits, and the sulfur is carried into the impurities. Because the by-product organic sulfur and the organic sulfur brought by the raw gas are not completely hydrolyzed in the catalytic converter at high temperature, the content of organic sulfur in the sulfur product increases; the mixing effect of the acid gas and air of the burner is not good, resulting in flame The combustion effect is not good, which indirectly affects the quality of sulfur; the degassing effect of liquid sulfur is not good, and the sulfur product still contains a lot of hydrogen sulfide or polysulfide, which leads to the decline of product quality; under the condition of low acid gas concentration and low flow rate, if using In the direct current method, the temperature of the combustion furnace will become lower, the flame will become unstable, and the Claus reaction cannot be fully carried out, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the sulfur.
