Inert gas-nitrogen protected ultrafine grinding machine

Inert gas is a general term for six gases: helium, neon, argon, krypton, xenon, and radon. The outermost electron shell of an inert gas atom has a stable structure of eight electrons (nitrogen has two electrons).
Inert gases are colorless and odorless gases with very inactive chemical properties. Under normal circumstances, inert gases are difficult to react chemically with other substances, so they are called inert gases. Because these gases are present in very small amounts in the air, they are also called rare gases.

When crushing flammable, explosive, and easily oxidizable materials, the inert gas protected air flow crushing classifier adds inert gas (nitrogen, argon, carbon dioxide, etc.) as the medium to achieve closed-circuit crushing. It is composed of a nitrogen compression system and a nitrogen filter. It consists of cleaning system, crushing system, grading system, collection system, loading and unloading system, nitrogen purity test and supplement system, nitrogen production system and electrical control system. It has been widely used in the processing of metal powders, easily oxidized raw materials and flammable and explosive materials.

Features:

1. It can process materials with Mohs hardness level 1-10, and can mix and crush several materials.
2. Isolate oxygen, select the purity of the inert gas according to the characteristics of the processed products, and achieve a fully closed cycle of inert gas, with small losses and reduced costs.
3. The amount of oxygen used during processing can be accurately monitored, and the oxygen content in the system can be controlled as needed, up to less than 1PPM. Achieve automatic replenishment of inert gases such as nitrogen to maintain pressure balance, so that the oxygen content is always within safe production standards.
4. Materials are added at a constant speed. The bending angle of the equipment’s inlet and outlet pipes and the shape of each component are scientifically calculated. There are no dead ends and powder will not accumulate in the pipes.
5. A cooling device is installed on the running pipeline to reduce the safety risks of long-term operation of the equipment or in high-temperature environments.
6. The entire system is equipped with explosion-proof holes on the pipelines to reduce the loss to zero in the event of blasts and explosions caused by excessive pressure and concentration within the system.
7. Fully sealed negative pressure operation, pulse automatic dust cleaning, imported high-precision filter material, high dust collection efficiency.
8. The entire system adopts automated control, which can realize one-button start and stop. The operation is simple and convenient and can be connected with the central control to realize remote control.

Scope of application:

It is used in metal powders, easily oxidized raw materials, flammable and explosive raw materials, pharmaceutical ultrafine powders and other industries and raw materials that require inert gas protection. Typical materials include: fine spherical aluminum powder, selenium powder, carbonyl iron powder, cobalt powder, tungsten powder, magnesium powder, nickel powder, tantalum powder, etc.
