Fast hardening and high strength: After the sulfur mortar is cooled to 10°C, the sulfur mortar hardens rapidly, and when it drops to 85°C, the hardening is basically completed. This hardening is related to the exothermicity of the forming template and the external temperature environment, generally hardening The time is 30 minutes to 2 hours. The cooling solidification of sulfur mortar is essentially different from the hydration hardening of ordinary mortar. Therefore, 10% of the design compressive strength can be achieved within one day.
Good fusibility and easy handling: when the temperature is in the range of 20 to 80 degrees, the sulfur mortar does not soften. However, when it exceeds 80 degrees, especially when it exceeds 90 degrees, the sulfur mortar softens significantly, and it completely liquefies when it reaches 120 degrees. We coat the release agent on the surface of the structure, and the liquid sulfur mortar can be separated naturally after the surface is hardened, without any pollution to the concrete components.
The operation is simple and the economic benefit is good: after the sulfur mortar is liquefied, the perfusion method can be directly used due to its high fluidity. Therefore, it can adapt to almost all shapes and sizes of templates, and there is no dead angle for operation. Due to its rapid hardening and high strength, sulfur mortar can greatly save the intermittent time and manpower of construction, thereby producing better economic benefits.
